From newcomer families to high-level corporate executives, real estate agent Valeria Avirett works diligently to make sure all of her clients feel welcome and at home in Miami, a city she knows inside and out.
 
A true local, Valeria has lived in Miami for more than twenty years. She has been a resident of its most popular neighborhoods and has intimate knowledge of the city’s landscape and unique lifestyle. One critical factor that sets Valeria apart from other agents is her role as founder of Miami School Advisors, a consulting firm that identifies the best schools in the city. She has personally toured more than 30 of the area’s schools and possesses invaluable information for clients who want to live where the best schools are.
 
Before making Miami her home, Valeria had lived in New York City and Hong Kong, the latter of which gave her firsthand experience of an international move and its challenges. As such, she’s instrumental in helping clients plan their relocation to Miami as well as recommending areas that would best serve their needs and interests. Additionally, Valeria assists with all aspects of corporate relocations, from home searches to commercial real estate.
 
Valeria has an MBA from The University of Florida and spent more than 15 years working in sales and marketing for media companies, including NBC Universal, Disney Channel, and MTV Networks. She is also a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America’s Miami Chapter and the resident editor for LUXE City Guide, Miami — a coveted lifestyle brand and publisher. In Valeria’s spare time, she enjoys international travel, yoga, kayaking, and cooking.
